Pure Cardio 2

Pure Cardio 2!! I had to modify 100% today between lower back pain, a blister on my toe, and right foot pain (broke this foot 3+ years ago)….
But I still sweat like crazy! My heart rate still got over 160! I don’t let a few injuries or set backs be my excuse! I modify to my needs and push through!!
I’m a modify pro! Let me know if you need ideas during any moves you can’t follow! ❤️
